Balcony
Adjacent
to the landing is the upstairs balcony where guests are invited to spend
time relaxing on the cane chaise lounge or oriental porcelain setting to
enjoy an early morning cuppa or in the late afternoon to partake one of
the many local wines. Smokers can fill their lungs along with the
fresh air, Lady Muck requests "NO SMOKING" inside
please.

WATER
FEATURE
Relax by the
pond, inhabited by Koi. At night, you may even hear the frogs. The
pond features a babbling brook and waterfall that flows down the rocks and disappears
among the lilies below. A calming place to be for the business
person who needs to relax and de-stress.

AREA
Situated
at the rear of the premises, is a patio area for summer alfresco dining (A
gas BBQ is available), or simply to relax with a good book and glass of
your favorite wine. Fresh herbs grow around the patio, provided for
the chef in all of us.

BREAKFAST ROOM
Tastefully
decorated in Country Pine furnishings and blue and white porcelain.
A hearty continental breakfast is provided with local fruits, jams, pastries and breads.
Relaxing views of the outside garden make breakfast a
delightful way to start the day.

LOUNGE
In
Winter, guests are invited to relax and spend time in the Guest Lounge
which features a wood
burning stove, television and video. In Summer, this room is equally
comfortable with a summer breeze bringing floral scents in from the
garden.

THE
LANDING
Leads
you to the bedrooms and outdoor balcony. A bar fridge and tea and
coffee making facilities are provided here with a bookcase containing
reading matter, brochures of local restaurants, hotels, transport
timetables and attractions in Kalamunda and the valleys
beyond.

THE
WILDFLOWER ROOM
Tastefully
decorated in Colonial furnishings, this room contains one double antique
iron and brass bed, a walk
in robe and ensuite which includes a shower, vanity and
toilet.
The
sun rises from the East viewed through magnificent Jarrah and Red Gums, is
worth waking early to experience.

THE
ORIENTAL ROOM
Contains
one double bed and furnishings of an oriental flavour. Facing South
and overlooking the back garden, the sound of the Kookaburras and other
fauna regularly chorus, making for a delightful way to be woken. This
bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom facilities and the toilet is located
separately at the end of the passageway.

MONET'S
GARDEN
Contains
two single antique iron beds and furnishings that reflect the colours of
the famous French Artist, Claude Monet. Adjacent to the bathroom
facilities and toilet. This room also faces South and the back garden.
